About the Classes
Yoga
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
This is a one hour exercise based practice that includes calming the mind, breathing optimally and strengthening and stretching the entire body. While we practice we learn how to live happier and healthy lives through the power of tapping into our highest most selves. All levels welcome and encouraged to work at their own pace.
Yoga
Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday
This 1 1/2 hour class packs it all in. Complete meditation, breathing, exercise, relaxation and internal contemplation is practiced in every session.
This class is really for absolutely anyone and everything is personally adapted to ones needs. This class will lift your spirit and inspire you to be your own true amazing self!
Yoga Nidra
Friday
Yoga Nidra helps you fully relax and rejuvenate, strengthen the body and mind.
It helps let go of anxiety, worry and exhaustion.
Pilates
Sunday / Monday / Friday
This is a classical Pilates class passed down to me through George Mamales who was an advanced disciple of Joseph Pilates.
We focus on correct alignment, breathing, focus and working the entire body head to toe. After this class you will feel ready for anything! Please try it, you will love it!
Important:
All Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.
Props: None needed, bring your favorite.

The Yoga Den is that secret place where the soul retreats or withdraws like a fox from the worldly turbulences to the quiet, peaceful contemplation of the inner self. Here one becomes acquainted with his true self, for yoga means union of the soul with the oversoul. She will teach there again when Mac will have been transformed into a wellness center in early 2022.
